This should give you a couple of good heart attacks a week. 2 slices of buttered bread some sliced cheese Heat up a pan with some oil place one slice of bread in the pan, buttered side down place the cheese on top place the other bread slice on top, butter side up you can cover with a lid to help the cheese melt turn when ready I like to put relish, bolognaise sauce or tomato pesto in the sandwich aswel Nothing to stop you putting in a fried egg, ham or something else enjoy with drink of choice
